“Robin” to create the market.
We are a company that has certainly achieved this goal of “creating a market”. The optical glass surface inspection robot “Robin” produced by our company classifies the optical glass surface visual inspection know-how that we have accumulated over many years as image data and puts it into a database. A collaboration robot that combines a proprietary image processing algorithm and robot control to improve inspection accuracy and work efficiency by cooperating with humans without significantly changing the work environment of visual inspection by humans.
Our unique technology “Flat Power”
From the beginning, we’ve been pursuing progress in optical technology. As a result, in 2009, we released a new illumination method of LED lighting, named ‘Flat Power’. ‘Flat Power’ achieved high uniformity of intensity.
Recycle waste glass “MeBu”
In addition, we have launched the “MeBu” brand, which creates products designed by reusing waste glass. Our company supplies lens parts using precision optical materials to the industrial product market, but materials that failed inspections were destined to be discarded. However, it is a material with a beautiful shine to the appearance. Focusing on this, we reuse colored glass and lenses that cannot be used in the precision field but are still beautiful to create a number of items that bring vitality and healing to people’s lives.
